Here is a sample of some illustrations I did for a couple of puzzle books by Publications International. This was my first outing with creating puzzles and I had a great time doing them!

The top 3 and bottom right illustrations will be published in a book of adult puzzles and the 2 lower left illustrations will be published in the children's edition.

Loaca Arts Craft Fairs

Hi guys, thought I'd let you know what I'm up to at the moment. I've been making a stock of crafts and gifts, mostly hand-made books but also some illustrative pieces. I have more orders than I can cope with which is great, but also quite time consuming. There are 3 shops in Liverpool awaiting stock from me and I have just been accepted to join Liverpool's Loaca.Art, an organisation created to provide opportunities for Merseyside creatives. http://www.loacaart.co.uk/

Loaca Art are hosting some Christmas craft and art fairs at The Bluecoat in Liverpool. Late night Thursdays starting on the 3rd December, and two fairs on Saturday 5th and 12th December. If anyone is in the area pop in and say hi. For anyone not familiar with Liverpool The Bluecoat http://www.thebluecoat.org.uk/ is just at the end of a short road between Primark and Top Shop.

e-Creative London 2009

My work has been selected for e-Creative London 2009 directory by art-s-talker (www.art-s-talker.com) This all came about from my work being exhibited at the New Designers Show in London. You can read more about it in the information below as well as on The London Design Festival website here

It's all kicking off in a couple days time now, 19th September - 27th september, so will be keeping my fingers crossed for some good feedback!

Kronos City Ebook Preview

Alex and I have been working on the graphic novel, Kronos City, by Andrew Croskery. We're a fair few months in, and are getting under way with the art for Chapter Two. About a month ago Jim Campbell (who has previously worked for Classical Comics) joined the team to letter the comic book. Now the first Chapter of the novel has been put online, by Insomnia Publications. We're both pretty excited and can't wait till next year to see it in print!
